As per page master the print link should be in the top 
right corner. It isn't bad at the bottom right as well but 
the primary spot is top right to enable quick printing 
when people go into the page

The templates that are included with phpWebsite modules are
mainly to show the features that're available.  We expect
that you'll want to customize them for your specific site
and/or theme 'cause generally, we programmers couldn't
design our way out of a paper bag! [grin]

If more people request that the print icon appears in the
top corner as a default, then I'll move it.

For information on creating a theme or how they work, please
read the
mod/layout/docs/theme_creation.txt file.  

If you also look at TEMPLATES.txt in the article/docs
directory, it'll give you a list of the tags that you can
use in your custom templates.
