Expiring articles fails with message:

Error: sqlUpdate() statement was incomplete:
update mod_article set expiration_date='2003-07-15 
14:59:11' where id = NULL

Notably the address now says
http://www.datamgmt.com/index.php#6
and I was trying to expire article 6 so I guess the
command line is getting hosed in some way
