Summary: Hiding expired articles from ordinary mortals

Initial Comment:
Once an article has been expired an ordinary user goes 
to module=article&disp=main_menu and they can still 
see the expired articles. These should be hidden and 
only visible to administrators to unexpire as previously 
described
