This looks as if the software is trying to write somewhere that I haven't set the right poermissions for. The webserver runs as apache.apache, whilst the directories are owned by datamgmt.apache and the default permissions at 775 What needs more access ? rgds davidw ---------------------------------------------------------------------- >Comment By: David M Walker (datamgmt) Date: 2003-07-13 19:32 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=806718 This can be closed. I have tracked it down to an errant character from a cut and paste into the text section rdgs davidw ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: Eloi George (adarkling) Date: 2003-07-13 05:32 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=619893 That message isn't generated by Article. It could be an error message generated by one of the core functions or by the server itself. That the text from the server textblock is included is even more puzzling. The only server directories that Article writes to are under /images/article -- everything else is written to the database. You can try raising permissions in those directories. If that didn't work, I need to know when exactly you're getting the error message. Is it when you're saving the first section? The entire page? Are you saving an image at the same time? What kind of image is it? ---------------------------------------------------------------------- You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=563509&aid=770038&group_id=81360 |
