Initial Comment:
If I edit an article I get a message 'Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /' then the text in 
the section textblock. This looks as if the software is 
trying to write somewhere that I haven't set the right 
poermissions for. The webserver runs as apache.apache, 
whilst the directories are owned by datamgmt.apache 
and the default permissions at 775

What needs more access ?
