Initial Comment:
New installation bug

After doing a clean installation I egt the following 
messages when trying to edit the configuration

show_link could not locate a help 
label 'default_year_count' for the 'article' module.

show_link could not locate a help 
label 'max_image_height' for the 'article' module.

show_link could not locate a help 
label 'max_image_width' for the 'article' module.

show_link could not locate a help label 'config_save' for 
the 'article' module.

show_link could not locate a help label 'config_save' for 
the 'article' module. 

In the edit configuration screen. I guess the install
is failing to add something to a table ?

Install wasn't the problem, it was me <embarassed laugh>.  

Those help items were taken out because the prompts were
self-explanatory, but the version of the app I released
still had the code looking for those help items.  It doesn't
affect the operation of phpWebsite, it just looks bad.

That will be fixed in the next release.

requires 4 additional records in the mod_help table, one
for each item
