Rene Kiesler had hacked AM 3.0 for me to send an e-mail upon edit/creation of an article. I'd like to see that as a feature tied to the send for approval button in AM 4.x

I'm going to need a copy of the files in the /inc directory to see what
Rene did.  
Or you can just tell me what happens -- who gets the email, is it the site
owner, or someone specified in AM settings?  Also, what is the email text
that gets sent?

Y'know, as I'm thinking about it, this may be better as a feature in the
core Security class, so that all events sent to it get emailed out...
