I make an edit to an article, save and publish. The edit is live and correct. I go to edit same article, and the edit does not appear, it has reverted to the previous version.

The fix for Restricted Users not editing their own articles has been

ok, it was just me.

however....

restricted users regardless if it is the user that is restricted or if
they are in a restricted group cannot edit articles they save as a draft.
They can only edit if the article has been restricted to either the user or
the group said user is in.

AND (you are probably hating me right now) articles sent for approval are
not shwing up in the approval tab. Probably due to the fact that they
aren't being written to the phpws_key table.

It seems no data is being written to the article_version table. the
article_version_seq does register a change each time there is an edit.
