Summary: Delete non-confirmed anonymous users after several days

Initial Comment:
I think it would make sense to delete the non-confirmed
subscription of an anonymous user after let's say 7-14
days (could be set up by the list administrator). So
the database gets not too polluted on sites with many
anonymous subscribers.
