Summary: Advertisers table stores username

Initial Comment:
Currently, the advertisers table in the database is storing the user_id and username.  If possible, which should be, I'd like to see the username column dropped and use the user_id to look up the username from the users table.

This avoids the problem of the user changing their username, but it not being updated in the advertisers table.
