Summary: Purge deleted site users

Initial Comment:
Sounds like a few people are having trouble with this.
Currently, when a user is deleted from the site via
the users module, the user (now a ghost) stays
subscribed to the mailing lists they were subscribed
to. A purge function that goes through and deletes
these ghosts is needed so admins don't have to do it by
hand.

Oops.  Users 2.5.0 comes with phpWebSite 1.5.2, not 1.5.0.

Users 2.5.0 that comes with phpWebSite 1.5.0 now has the ability to tell
modules when users are removed.  Mailing Lists should take advantage of
this new functionality.
