Summary: Show results instead of form if already voted

Initial Comment:
Currently, if a visitor is on a page that has a poll pinned to it that he/she has already voted on, they are still presented with the poll form.  If they try to vote again, only then do they see the results page with a "you've already voted" message.

The module should be updated to show the results in the pinned box when the visitor has already voted.  (They'd still have to go to the real results page to see the comments.)
