* - Fixed netscape issues
* - Cleaned up frame handling a lot, now theres now only 1 proxy-title-bar at the top of the screen.
* - Proxy-title-bar now Glides smoothly to its new location rather than warping in a jerky manner.
* - Fixed a bug involving the backgrounds of pages
* - Added an y-offset in opera/netscape to correct the location of the proxy-title-bar slightly
