Coding for a better logger

The big dilemma: performance over security... why not both?
Ok, it's time to improve both! phpWeblogger will be moving towards better security, better performance, better customization, and internationalization... Yes, all expected to be out and ready by the time version 2.0 becomes final. We might need some help for this to become reality, so if anybody is willing to contribute somehow to this project, please let us know.
