Could you give me a furthur detail on the follwing paragraph of the INSTALL :

3. Prepare Configuration

   Edit include/common.inc.php.  The top portion needs some things
   configured before the system will work.  Namely, the database settings,
   full path to your directory, and full URL to your web site.

Please give me an example of "full path to your directory".  Is it on your 
local computer or distant server ? Please provide me an example.
