[phpWebLog-devel] (Newbie) Any Help files?

I have just installed PHP Weblog. That went fine. I
now want to explore what I can do with its index page,
etc.

Is there a way I can save time by reading some help
file I may have missed? (I have read the install file
that comes with the distro).
