Ya, if I logout, then go back to admin, it just logs me back in, even if 
I manually deleted the cookie as well. Happened with IE, Mozilla, and 
Konqueror.

I ended up changing the site password, and changing the site phrase. 
Now, when I logout, it works properly, I have to log back in before I 
can get to the admin stuff. Weird!
