The latest unstable is called 0.3.0 ripe. This is basically a
pre-release in case anyone wants to try it out. If there are no bugs
reported in the next few days(?), version 0.3.0 will be released. See
the HISTORY file for details. 
All known bugs have been fixed in this version as far as I know, but if
I have overlooked any, please let me know.. 

Also provided is a script in the etc/ directory called 0.2.4-0.3.0.sql,
this will convert your current database to work with this 'ripe'
version. You may want to make backups first. I didn't make any backups,
and it worked just fine here, but then I trust me more than you trust
me. =] 

So here ya go.. I hope you find it useful..
