Instead of showing the full content of the comments,
can only a subject line be displayed. Then when the
user clicks on the subject line, the full content of
the comment is displayed.

The page display the complete article & the previous-next
article (in this case is the last article and dont
exist "next")
If you click in the comments icon... http://www.raravista.com/noticias/wmcomments.php?ArtID=4
appears the article + the comments headlines.
If you click in one comments headline appearing all the
comments, but important, only, only appears the comments
form when you want post one comment. This is a great
solution and is based in wmnews 0.2.
