The problem is correct now (bad configuration of php)
but now the problem is when y try to login as admin whit my password yclick the button login and that redirect me to login page again and again and again.

There have been reports of a bug similar to yours, but it only happens under certain (unknown) situations. If you can, please send me this info: your browser and version, your exact version of PHP. Also, I could probably solve the problem if you provided me the the URL for your site and the admin password (tempororary password obviously).

It's o.k .
It work now, y only have to work with my domain name .
not in localhost and y put my email address in php.ini(y forgot it)
i'm not sure if it's the fact of putting my email or work with my domain name.
but now it work very well !!!(on a win32platform).
Y use apache 1.3.9 , php 4 , mysql 3.22.34 .
