I like the sound of the product on offer here and would like to install and use. However, could a .zip file be provided for us that are not unix based although will be uploading to a remotely hosted unix server (linux/apache).

We don't offer a zip file because gzip'd tar files are supported on every platform. If you use Windows, WinZip will do it for you. I'm sure there are Mac utilities available as well.
