The PHPWebHosting part will work fine on Tru64. As for it's dependencies, everything should work fine. PHP, Apache, MySQL/PostgreSQL should compile fine, but see their installation instructions for any specifics. Of course if you can't get an SQL server running on Tru64 you could set up the database server on another machine.
