syntax highlighting text editor in javascript

If i was redo this project again i would have opted for flash instead of an applet but then today i found http://helene.muze.nl/ written entirely Javascript. I would recommend any to use this for a web IDE. Im amazed! Great piece of work.

WebExplorer

Sorry Sune Alexandersen (as he rightfully pointed out) the majority of the PHP code is his under his own copyright and were made a mistake to abuse his opensource trust by using his code without giving the Credits to him as such the owner of the PHP code.
For now the code is is being removed and project is no more with WebExplorer code being removed.
I would to say this project was not trying to take away the respect that sune alexandersen deserves as I was just tring to get an editor type applet to work with Cgi based file manager I used and abused Webexplorer as I thought it had on the best web based filemanager and it code was clear and comment were in english.
BTW I was going to include credits to WebExplorer but my sample stuff was still in beta and I had offically released the JE Applet code as at this time I was and got feedback for was and not required. Again Sorry to Sune and check his great product for cgi based file needs.
