phpWebApp Framework version 1.2 released

The most important change since the last release is the support for
i18n/l10n , which means translating messages of the application
to other languages. There are other improvments and bugfix-es as well
(see change log for more details).

The main goal of the next release (whenever I have time to work on it)
will be to improve the documentation of the framework.
