We try to start the aplication but we get this fatal message
Fatal error: Call to undefined function: () in
c:\phpdev\www\public\phpwebapp-1.1\web_app\parser\class.Parser.php on line 115

We are running the application with phpdev web server

I have no idea about it, I have never used phpdev.
Maybe the version of PHP is too old or too new.
Why don't you try EasyPHP?
