I am sorry but the Windows platform is not supported (neither is IIS); I cannot
afford supporting them.  I am sorry that I have not made it clear in the page
of the project, but they are a little bit outdated.

However you can try to install Apache and see whether it works or not, I would
be curious to know.  Also, you can try to install Linux.
