php User Base First Release

The script is a basic user management system written in PHP with a MySQL back-end. It uses sessions to authenticate users and provides useful administrative functions.

The program is template driven so that the look and feel can be easily modified. A language file is included to make translation easier.

The program is intended as a base for developing web sites where user authentication is desired. Several add-on modules are in development and the public is invited to contribute!
