php User Base / News: Recent posts

php User Base has been developed and tested on FreeBSD servers. Everything appears to work as expected, but we all know that different severs behave differently! The script is a basic user management system written in PHP with a MySQL back-end. It uses sessions to authenticate users and provides useful administrative functions.

The program is template driven so that the look and feel can be easily modified. A language file is included to make translation easier.

The program is intended as a base for developing web sites where user authentication is desired. Several add-on modules are in development and the public is invited to contribute!
