#1 Logout don't works

I'm using PHPublisher for a project of my workgroup
in the university. You can find it at
http://psicologia.partitures.net. The problem comes
when I try to logout as a user or as a admin. I can't
logout, the unique solution is closing the navigator.

Just another problem (or a thing to improve) it's
that all registered users can see all the admin
panel. Only when clic in a option,
like "configuration" appears a message warning thats
option its not avaliable.

These problemes are only mine or are a general
question? I'm learning php and mysql implementation,
if I could help I'll do whit enthusiasm.
