phpUA v1.0b Released

phpUA is a PHP script that enables gaming server administrators to manage their servers via a website interface and to display server information including live statistics to the public. Plug-ins allow for game, language and website design compatibility.

phpUA takes server query tools to the next level, providing true real-time, continuous data. With the Half-Life Plug-in, the Watch mode brings the concept of HLTV to the web. Visitors to a phpUA enabled website will be offered an entertaining system which displays exactly what is going on in the current game being played.

So where do we go from here? At the moment I think the development team will be taking a short break to catch up on a social life! The next stage will be to tackle bug fixes, moving away from Beta and leading towards a Version 1.0 stable release with complete documentation.

phpUA enters its second stage of development during 2004 which will bring live administration of game servers into the forefront. In Version 2.0 you can expect an improved phpUA Engine and updated Game Plug-in's with true game administrative support.
