PHP Toc Lib RC1 Released

I'm in the process of adding it tonight, thats right, finally. There have been some personal circumstances beyond my control that have delayed this release, and I'm sorry for the delay. So here's what RC1 has:

-Decently working Direct Connect Code
-PHP Doc style comments
-better documentation hopefully
-all the same great things as before.

I think away messages may have made it into this release. If not, RC2 will have them, as well as rewritten socket reading code to keep direct connects from locking up the socket.

In other news, I am getting tired of dealing with TOC and its anoying limitations its starting to put on its clients, so I am working on plans to move this from TOC to OSCAR(the official protocol). I haven't had alot of time, or time to do the research, but its going... slowly.... Maybe by the end of the summer I'll have something to show. I'll put more info here when I get it started. Until now, enjoy, Its uploading right now.
