I thought it usefull to have the ranking of the tests in
grades. Living in Germany i used the standard highschool
Key.

I added a table, that has the german grade notation and
the maximum% for the corresponding grade. (See
attached .sql script to add the table)

I also changed the taketest.php in order to display the
grade.

I furthermore redesigned the output of taketest.php to
look a bit "friendlier" :) (See attached taketest.php)
