New PHP SyncML Magazine Article

PHP Architect has published an article I wrote about creating a PHP SyncML application. I hope this gets more involved with development of this API. I have gotten lots of emails asking for a finished product but no one wants to help. I am just as excited as everyone else to get it done but I need help.
