#1 Change root password from web interface

I look at all pages in web interface and can't find a tool for changing default root password.
I have found it as encrypted string at phpsla.sqlite/users but I can't set new, because it is encrypted.
In readme.txt I can't find any about password change too.
Please add to a readme.txt how we must change the root password for enter.
