On debian wheezy, I downloaded the latest version from https://sourceforge.net/projects/phpsqliteadmin/files/phpSQLiteAdmin/phpSQLiteAdmin-0.3-Alpha1/

Then I moved the folder to /var/www/phpsqliteadmin/

when I call

http://localhost/phpsqliteadmin/

i get this error in /var/log/apache2/error.log:

Use of undefined constant SQLITE_BOTH - assumed 'SQLITE_BOTH' in /var/www/phpsqliteadmin/check_login.php
