#5 Insertion fails

I can read DB, but when try to insert new stuff I get this page:
ERROR:

* Error n°: 14
* Description: unable to open database file
* Possibile cause: INSERT INTO databases(user, alias, path, description) VALUES('1', 'cake1', '', 'cake1')
