[PHP-SOAP-GENERAL] Project STatus???

I am currently developting some PHP based web applications.  I would
like to use your SOAP module in doing so.  I have noticed the drop off
of activity however in the recent months.  I would be more than happy to
contribute to the project, but I am wondering if the project is being
abbandonded?
