#3 Unable to Load in WindowsXP or Windows??

I noticed that this has already been posted by another
party, just wanted to re-iterate that there are a lot of
win32 users that eagerly await a PHP implementation of
SOAP like the one being pioneered here. Please let me
know if I can help test or in any other capacity!
