#1 DLL fails to load on WIndows XP

When I add the php_soap.dll to my extensions list on
my Windows XP machine, it fails to load the dll.
Everytime I refresh a page, it just says the dll cannot be
found, but trust me - it's there. I heard elsewhere that
this was also a problem and wondered if there was a
patch. I'm writing a chapter on this library, so I would
hope that I could get some speedy assistance. Email

Same problem here. Running PHP 4.2.3. or 4.2.2.
