I use Unreal IRC and if a user has eg. mode +qo or +ao the bot doesnt accept it and returns 0 on isOpped() ... any way to easy fix this?

  Edit: this only happens if the BOT joins after the USER that has +ao or +qo

  no easy way for it, but I put it on my TODO list for SmartIRC...
