I just wanted to download the actual CVS version, but where? ;)
CVS here is disabled ;(

  the CVS repository is moved since SmartIRC is an official PEAR package. The CVS repository is available at:
  http://cvs.php.net/cvs.php/pear/Net_SmartIRC/
  
  It's enough to get SmartIRC.php SmartIRC/messagehandler.php and SmartIRC/defines.php
  
  If you find any bugs in the CVS version, please tell me..
