Hey,
I run the newest version of Net_SmartIRC and I've got a question: Is there a possibility to check whether a specified user (not myself) is logged in (registered nickname + identified)? I already looked at the documentation for a function like this but I hadn't found once.

Please be sorry for my bad English, I'm from Germany.
