Don't just thank me, I merely made it pretty.. Joe from beststuff.com did the nuts and bolts stuff... As far as the who's slashed page, I plan to incorporate that as well.. possibly in a section just for sites running slash, or in a separate php ad on.. dunno for sure yet. Either way it WILL be automated allowing for easier updates for yours trully.. the old one was a pain as we had sites dropping of and coming back on irregularly all the time.. I'd like to rename "Announcements" to something else,a s "Announcements" is much like news.. Perhaps "Users"? Maybe I'm being overly semantic. We'll need to whip together an extra page that fits in the section to allow submission. I have the code that Kristian was using, if someone wants to start from that. (It's not too teribly pretty, and one might jsut want to redo it fromthe gound up anyway..) -n > Joe > > On Thu, Jan 17, 2002 at 03:43:18PM -0500, Matt Wiseman wrote: > > As I mentioned in that e-mail.. Code can stay, but the html embedded within will need to be ripped out and the whole thing will need to be phpslash-ified. I can do this this weekend. Please forward this to the devel list, as my current account isn't a phpslash-devel member. dstatement's DNS has propigated to SourceForge so I can start using that, will set it up tonight and all should be rightish with the world for a little while agian. -n -- ...... nathan hruby - nh...@ar... computer support specialist department of drama and theatre http://www.drama.uga.edu/ ...... |

My question is what benefit will this have over existing phpslash story posting w/sections and topics? Or what feature is needed? |
