Back-End 0.5 has launched it's first couple live sites:
And done so where Back-End is essentially a module which can be added to
phpSlash with a few minor changes (we didn't want to fork the code).
A prerelease of Back-End 0.5.1 will be released fairly shortly (We
jumped to .5.1 as we made some pretty big shifts from the alpha
releases). It's now got most of the features that BE 0.4.8.1 had, plus a
number of others.
In setting this up though it occurred to me that I should really ask
this group what to call this new package.. Powered by Back-End is true
for some sections but not others. Could say powered by Back/Slash, but
that would likely confuse everyone but me.
Any suggestions, comments, questions? I'd also like to set up a demo &
put out the new release as soon as I can.. Only so much time though. I
threw in the PDF version of the article with fpfd - who knows perhaps
someone will use it (I don't know who would use it but I don't know who
uses email a friend links either I usually use my browser to do that
