Users need to be able to recover from a lost password. This could be a onetime hash to allow logging in to a change password web page. Or generate a new password and email to the username.

A working first version is installed on phpslash.org. Will be committed to cvs after release of 0.65?
It sends an email link that will allow the user to edit his/her profile for a limited time.
0.7 will be able to send a one-time hash instead.
This allows the user to change their own password, so no one can create problems by continuously submitting the request for another user.
