i attached it again shrunk to 600x500.   i know i am running a high
resoltion but 500x500 just looked to tiny.

in regards to icons i can surely try.  i cant promise i am a php developer
not a design profressionally.  what do you want icons for the page headings?

regards to user/pass you mean soemthing better than htaccess?  i usually use
mod_auth_mysql when it is available on the server or just old plain
htacess/htpsswrd files
