#8 Built-in compression (tar, zip, gzip)

For very restricted UNIX hosts or Windows hosts it
would be useful if PHP Shell could unpack compressed
files itself without relying on external tools.

This could be done with the PHP extensions if they are
available, or with a pure PHP implementation as a fallback.
