PHP IRC Service / News: Recent posts

So folks (is there any?), I don't plan to maintain this project anymore. Maybe someone would :)

I don't believe to cause its really bad code I've written three years ago. I'm done with PHP ...

It works but currently doesnt manage user messages. It does not save correctly the users / user modes on the channel on creating or synchronising.
