Servers being monitored, aren't being monitored.

I did the setup for phpservermon and thought everything was fine, after that I inserted a server I wanted to monitor, but then I noticed it wasn't showing latency. also it never went down(which can be because it isn't being monitored or because it just didn't went down).

I'm using ubuntu 18.04, mysql 5.7, php 5.6 and apache2.

If someone knows how to fix this with only this info, please do, but my question is:
Is it possible that this error is because of my connection to the company's network, in other words if you insert certain servers and can't reach them from the start do they show up as online but latency : 0s;

PS: I put in some prints, but I don't think they're too important
