I want to edit the template for the email report when a server is not reachable but I do not know where I have to look for the files to edit them.

If you would like to refer to this comment somewhere else in this project, copy and paste the following link:
in the folder \src\lang you can find the php file for each language. i havent tested it but as far as i can see you can edit the text there for sms and e-mails.
